Does your partner understand your limits when it comes to strenuous exercise? I mean really understand? You have probably discussed how exhausted you become doing anything that requires physical strength. Many who suffer with a chronic disease have issues with crushing fatigue.
To be honest, it’s not just our partners that struggle with our health. For most of us, our families and friends are just as guilty. If you don’t have a disease where one of the symptoms is fatigue, I am pretty sure you don’t get it. I am not trying to do a guilt trip on our friends and family, but you really don’t understand unless you have experienced it.

In the folowing report on MediBulletin, she shares the unnerving stats that in the overall population, 20% of women tested positive for thyroid auto- antibodies, along with 15% of men. Doctors explain that women’s bodies are more sensitive here for more reactive to hormonal changes Also, it’s interesting that, 19% of the population who were normal on routine thyroid tests (TSH, Free T4) were found to be positive for thyroid auto-antibodies.
