Hormonal imbalance is a condition many women live with. From adolescence to menopause, our hormones are all over the place. This is normal but when that balance is upset, then other not so pleasant issues start to show up. Everything from stress to digestive problems to thyroid function can upset that hormone balance without us even noticing until it’s too late. I know from experienceÂ that stress and digestive problems both affect my hormone levels and not in a good way!

They also warn about the dangers medication and nutritional supplement interactions. Since this story is also a pitch for a new personalized supplement service, I have to bring attention the statement that your vitamins packs are made based on answers you give on a free Nutritional Assessment. Â Now, I take several nutritional supplements daily; all of them recommended by my doctor, based on a complete blood panel, a saliva test, and urinalyses that he ordered and evaluated. I am also happy to report that I feel better now than I have in years, due to both a medication adjustment and addressing my nutritional deficiencies, but I would be wary of basing supplements on a free assessment. Just my feelings on the subject.
