I agree with most of her points and tips but I have to say her advice on working with your doctor is not what I have ever experienced. Most doctors I have seen just run a TSH test and give you a prescription for Synthroid. No rechecks needed. You are good to go! If you have thyroid disease, it’s likely you have seen a doctor like this.
