Superfood greens are all over the news lately, but are they really as good for you as the claims? Can these greens really make a difference in your health, more importantly, your thyroid health? The problem is when I hear about eating greens I immediately invision a glass of grass green goo. It also tastes like grass, which I don’t particularly like and quite frankly, making a smoothie with greens first thing in the morning just sounds exhausting. But, since I like the energy boost I get from greens, I now take barley grass in capsule form. After reading this, I think I might have to give chorella a try.
