Weight Loss

It”s another new year and we have all made our weight loss resolutions. Many of us have also broken several of our resolutions already and most of those resolutions have to do with our weight. We want to weigh less, get more toned, and/or eat better because we are dwelling on our appearance from the past. But what we really need to do this new year is practice more self-acceptance and work on loving the body we have.

The following article is enlightening. It is one person’s response to the trolls who attacked her Facebook photos due to her weight: she also has autoimmune hypothyroidism so we know how that can play into the weight issue. Her message is uplifting and inspiring.
