Your Thyroid, Exercise and Baking Soda

Here is how to use baking soda to protect your thyroid while exercising.

You want to use it before exercising, but not with a meal.

As for how you take it, you can either dissolve it in water or take the powder orally

Some find the taste less pleasant when dissolved in water.

The amount needed depends on the exercise intensity and your weight.

For non-intense exercise 1 tsp. can be used and up to 1 tbsp. for more intense forms

of exercise
