As 2013 comes to a close, I want to thank all my readers for their support.
I also want to wish each of you a Happy and Healthy New Year!
I have heard from many of you about your plans for 2014 and for most exercising more and losing weight are at the top of the list. However, we all know how hard it is to exercise or even tackle household tasks when you are hypothyroid. The energy just isn’t there!!
