Getting the Vitamins and Minerals You Need

Getting the vitamins and minerals you need in your diet can be a challenge. The good news is that the harvest season is just getting started and that means an abundance of fresh fruits and vegetables, which of course means it’s fairly easy to get the vitamins and minerals you need to have a healthy body.

In this article by Stephanie Sutherland, she shares which vitamins and minerals most of us are lacking in our diets and where to get them in our food supply.  She states one of the vitamins most adults are lacking are the B vitamins, which is also the vitamins that I found out that I am very deficient of. I am happy to share that increasing the amount of B vitamins in my diet has made me feel better, but I do have to say mine are from both supplements and food, due to the depletion of those vitamins in my body.
